MARIS YACHT GROUP SALES PROGRAM
The first step towards a sale is the listing. We firmly believe in a Central Listing for our clients. This allows the Maris Group to put forth its best efforts and programs to help facilitate the sale of the vessel. Our sales program includes a co-op advertising, be sure to call one of our staff for the details. Along with mainstream brokerage programs, including the multiple listing service, we feel it takes an extra push to get a vessel sold. We believe in hard copy advertising, visiting marinas, cold calling, and several other sales tools. Here at the Maris Group, we believe that every broker should know about each of our vessels. We all take part in each of the listings and become as knowledgeable as possible about each one. Therefore, in our travels, we are able to talk confidently about everyone of our boats. This allows the seller to not only have his central listing agent, but three other highly qualified brokers versed in his or her boat.
